The couple’s announcement was confirmed by her rep who said they are “both thrilled.” The actors have been dating since February 2007, shortly after Reynolds split from previous fiancé Alanis Morissette, 33. Johansson was seen sporting the new bling at New York's Metropolitan Museum Costume Institute Gala on Monday, May 5. (Yes, the same gala Live showed up ring-less)

Reynolds is currently filming the fittingly named The Proposal in Boston with Sandra Bullock. The couple has not set a wedding date.
